Dennis Austin recently showcased her bikini body while enjoying a Mediterranean getaway. Last week, she shared a photo on Instagram from her vacation in Cassis, France, expressing that she felt “strong, healthy, and very happy.” In her post, the fitness coach noted, “Here in gorgeous Baecasis, you’ll be strong, healthy and very happy!!!” She emphasized how swimming in the Mediterranean can truly lift one’s spirits.
“Vacation is the ideal time to stay active and take care of yourself. Whether it’s a brisk swim, a stroll by the water, or just soaking in nature, it all contributes to a healthy body and a happy mind!”
Austin, now 66, mentioned that she has been committed to her fitness routine for 30 minutes a day for the past 40 years, quipping, “If you take a break, you’ll rust.” In one of her vacation snapshots, she donned a blue bikini with white accents, adorned with gold earrings and turtle-shell glasses, smiling brightly at the camera.
Austin also displayed two other bikini pictures just days before sharing her latest post. In those images, she wore a vibrant red bikini, attempting to climb the stairs leading to the sea, conveying enthusiasm about her experiences in France. “We are in the sunshine in the beautiful French blackcurrant!!! Amazing, the water is the most incredible blue shade I’ve ever seen!!!” she wrote in her captions.
