Dennis Austin Embraces Confidence in Her 60s

Dennis Austin doesn’t shy away from wearing a bikini at 68. In a recent chat, she expressed her enthusiasm for feeling great as she ages. “I love to feel better. When you’re exercising, you just feel strong and energetic, as I did when I was 30. I’m grateful for it,” she shared.

Despite being closer to 70 than 30, Austin exudes confidence in her body, a sentiment echoed by her supportive husband. She showcased her bikini body while vacationing in Southern France, emphasizing the importance of enjoying life at her age. “When you’re 68, who cares about how old you are? If you’re having fun, go after it,” she reflected.

She acknowledges that her body has changed over the years, particularly after experiencing menopause, which brought on some anxiety and shifts in her body image. “Of course, things have changed. It’s a part of life.” Yet, she encourages staying active and embracing changes positively.

Austin recently shared a joyful bikini photo from Southern France on social media, where she enjoys swimming in the beautiful Mediterranean. The professional fitness coach believes that vacations are excellent opportunities for staying active, whether it’s swimming or taking walks by the beach. “It’s all about maintaining a healthy body and a happy mind,” she noted, posing in a blue bikini with gold accessories.

Austin also provided some fitness tips for maintaining health in your 60s. She emphasizes the significance of sleep, hydration, and gentle but regular exercise. “I sleep around 10 PM and wake up at 6 AM. Sleep is crucial for brain health and overall energy,” she explained, adding that daily water intake and avoiding meal skipping are key components of her routine.

She further encourages others to embrace summer by trying new activities, whether it’s swimming, biking, or something adventurous by the ocean. The idea is to keep life vibrant and feel rejuvenated, something she practices every day. “Summer is about stepping out of your comfort zone,” she advised.
