Dennis Richards reportedly made an unexpected visit to her estranged husband’s home during their contentious divorce. The star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” accused Aaron Phypers of maltreating one of her dogs without her consent.
Richards’ attorney, Brett Berman, stated that she did not breach the restraining order that had been established. He noted that, upon discovering Richards had entered the property and taken her dog, Phypers left the premises. A source close to Phypers claimed that Berman’s comments were entirely inaccurate, asserting that Richards loudly demanded entry before going inside and that Phypers fled when he realized she was there.
The Lost Hills Sheriff’s Office responded to a call on Sunday around 4:30 PM. They found no evidence of a crime and subsequently departed the scene.
A temporary restraining order was issued for Richards against Phypers on July 17th, amidst ongoing divorce proceedings. Richards alleged in documents filed on July 16th that Phypers often subjected her to violent acts, including suffocation and threats of murder, saying, “Up until now, I was scared to call the police or file a report due to his threats.” She also mentioned his threats of disappearing if she sought help.
In response, Phypers has denied all allegations of physical or emotional abuse. He expressed disappointment over the claims made by Richards, describing them as entirely false and deeply hurtful. Phypers emphasized the couple’s desire to address personal issues privately, asking for understanding and respect from the media.
Phypers filed for divorce on July 7th, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking spousal support from Richards. Following this, he accused her of drug abuse in letters to family and friends, claiming that intervention was required.
