This tennis controversy stinks.
French Rouen repeats the hygiene controversy after British tennis player Harriet Dart asked the referee to ask her first-round opponent, France’s Royce Boson, to wear Tuesdays.
“Can I tell her to wear deodorant?” Dart asked the judge after rising from his chair during the momentary switch of Hot Mike that went viral.
“She smells really bad.”
According to reports, Boisson does not appear to have heard of comments.
She ultimately beat the dirt 6-0, 6-3 to advance to the second round.
Boisson, 21, enjoyed what he said afterwards.
“@Dove obviously needs a collaboration,” Boisson wrote on her Instagram story on Tuesday, along with a prayer hand and two laughing emojis.
Dart, a 28-year-old Britt, was ranked as the 110th player in the world and ultimately apologized for her actions.
“Everyone, I want to apologise for what I said on the court today, but that was a momentary comment that I really regret it.” “That’s how I want to carry myself now and I take full responsibility. I have a lot of respect for Lois and how she competed today.
“I’ll learn and move forward from now on.”
As Boisson is waiting for words about the possible collaboration for Dove, she is also waiting to see who her two-round opponent will be on Thursday.
The winner of Wednesday’s clash between Uchijima and Nulia Blancaccio on Wednesday will advance to round two.
Boisson’s victory over dirt marked her first action in 2025 due to injuries.
She is the 303rd player in the world.
The 2025 final will be held on April 20th, and will be tuning the Clay Court for the French Open, which will begin next month.
American Sloan Stevens won last year’s championship with Poland’s Magdalinette 6-1, 2-6, 6-2.
