Instead of campaigning in New Hampshire or South Carolina, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis should return to the Sunshine State and “do the job the people of Florida elected him to do,” said Republican Greg Steube. Florida) spoke to Breitbart News on Tuesday in response to former President Donald Trump's historic policies. Win the Iowa caucuses.
“This race is over before it even begins,” Steube said in an exclusive statement to Breitbart News. “The Republican Party firmly supports President Trump, the leader of our party.”

“Instead of flying to South Carolina or New Hampshire while the Florida Legislature is in session, the governor should return to Tallahassee and do the job Floridians elected him to do,” Steube added.
His remarks followed Trump's extraordinary performance in Iowa on Monday night. sweep The Iowa caucuses were the biggest victory in history. Trump won 51% of the vote, nearly 30 points ahead of DeSantis, who had an approval rating of 21.2%. That's more than 30,000 more votes than his closest rival in Trump's column.
Nevertheless, the DeSantis campaign and its allies launched accusations of “election interference” after the media pointed out that there was an inevitable 30 minutes left until the race started.
It is completely outrageous that the media would call a campaign and participate in election interference before tens of thousands of Iowans have cast their votes. The media is pro-Trump and this is the worst example ever.
