Deshaun Watson's time with the Browns has only gotten worse.
Cleveland's quarterback, who suffered a season-ending Achilles tendon injury in Week 7 against the Bengals, has slowed his recovery, general manager Andrew Berry told reporters at a press conference Monday.
“We don't know the details and everything yet, but obviously it's going to be a long recovery process for him.” berry saidadding that it's “too early to tell” whether that will affect Watson's availability for the 2025 season.

Watson alerted the Browns to the issue on Sunday, but has not yet addressed it publicly.
The Pro Bowl signal-caller signed a five-year, $230 million fully guaranteed contract with the Browns in March 2022.
This was after Watson requested a trade out of Houston in January 2021.
