Kirk, only 31, was tragically shot on September 10th during an event at Utah Valley University in Orem. He leaves behind his wife, Erica, and two children.

The event will take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, the home of the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals. Although Kirk was originally from Illinois, he spent most of his adult life in Scottsdale.
Doors will open at 8 AM local time with the program kicking off at 11 AM local time. (Just a note: Arizona is three hours behind Eastern Daylight Time.)

Anyone wanting to attend must register via the Turning Point USA website.
The organization has stated that attendance will be initially limited based on the stadium’s capacity, which holds over 63,000 people. If necessary, overflow accommodations will be available at the nearby Desert Diamond Arena, home to the Arizona Rattlers.
Parking at the venue is free, but attendees are encouraged to travel in and arrive early. Enhanced security measures will be in place, which might cause delays.

The suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was detained on September 11th.
Robinson faces multiple charges, including felony firearm possession leading to serious injury, discharge of a firearm, obstruction of justice, tampering with witnesses, and committing violent crimes in the presence of a child.
Utah County Attorney General Jeff Gray has indicated that the state intends to pursue the death penalty in this case.
