Devon Archer and Tony Bobulinski share smiles and hugs at the Milken Conference while distancing from Jill.

This situation is quite concerning.

On Monday, former business partners of Hunter Biden, Devon Archer and Tony Bobulinski, greeted each other warmly at a Los Angeles-based company named Cindich.

They met at the Milken Institute’s Global Conference, where Archer was introduced to Joe Biden in 2017 to discuss a $7 million energy deal involving a Chinese state-affiliated company.

The two shared a friendly embrace, capturing the moment for photographers outside the Bel Air Hotel.

Interestingly, Jill Biden was seated nearby as both men emerged as significant witnesses for Republicans regarding allegations involving her husband, son, and brother-in-law.

The event attracted corporate leaders and has been dubbed the “Davos of the West,” featuring speeches from Treasury Secretary Scott Bescent discussing the Trump administration’s trade policies.

This gathering followed more than a month after President Trump expressed support for Archer, who faced scrutiny for his role in defrauding American Indian tribes through selling over $60 million in falsified debts while leading Burnham Financial Group.

Both Archer and Bobulinski served as vital sources for the House Republicans’ investigation into Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in foreign business dealings connected to his family, offering crucial insights on the issues.

While Hunter was the Vice President at Burnham and reportedly earned up to $200,000, he was not charged in relation to Archer in 2016.

Trump commented on the situation, stating that Archer had been treated unfairly when he signed Archer’s pardon in March.

Shortly thereafter, the president also addressed Jason Garinis, another associate of Hunter, for committing fraud against the Oglarus group in South Dakota.

During his testimony, Hunter Biden claimed that Joe had never met Bobulinski at the Milken Conference five years back.

This meeting marked the first encounter between Archer and Bobulinski during the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.

Both were crucial informants in the aforementioned investigation concerning Joe Biden’s family foreign business dealings, providing the necessary information for the allegations.

Bobulinski previously accused James Biden of perjury before Congress, asserting that he and Joe Biden had no discussions about the business contract with CEFC China Energy after Joe’s vice presidency.

Hunter Biden provided contradictory testimony, recalling a meeting at a hotel bar where Bobulinski was having coffee with him and his uncle.

He further indicated that he wasn’t sure if Bobulinski’s family was facing health issues during that time and noted that his uncle might have been at the hotel as well.

James Biden, when questioned, disputed any recollection of meetings with Bobulinski during their Californian encounter but emphasized that he hadn’t discussed anything with him.

In October 2020, Bobulinski offered material during the presidential race, including messages and emails that outlined what he alleged was a significant operation led by the Bidens in dealings with CEFC regarding investments in infrastructure and technology as part of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative.

He contested Joe Biden’s claims of never having discussed business with Hunter, asserting he had firsthand experience due to his dealings with the Biden family, including Joe Biden.

A witness later affirmed that an email, sent shortly after the Milken meeting, indicated plans for Joe to receive a 10% stake in the CEFC venture.

This email dated May 13, 2017, referred to the stake as being “held by H for Big Guy.”

Hunter Biden has indicated that “Big Guy” was a reference to his father, although Joe Biden has denied any wrongdoing related to this claim.

Under the Biden administration, Joe supported Hunter against federal firearm charges and tax evasion, shielding him from potential prosecutions for other offenses until late 2024.

Hunter, at the time, mentioned he hadn’t seen the email but suggested he would have “shut down” the operation had he been aware.

Bobulinski has worked to pardon Archer, remarking on their strengthened friendship following the investigation into Biden, and even attended one of the presidential debates, actively campaigning for Biden during the 2024 election.
