ah.
Chrismutt allowed a soft single to Spencer Steer with one out to go without a run in the 11th inning to give the lead to third base.

Then he lowered his hand a little and then raised it again, which was a balk.
Chrismatt lost the game after only allowing an earned run and an earned run by Balk in two innings. Even in the 10th inning with no deaths on second and third base, he escaped.
Then, Arizona announced Sunday that it had nominated Chrismatt and promoted former Ray Ryan Thompson to another right-handed reliever.

The year hasn’t been all that great, with Chrismatt posting a 9.82 ERA in 11 innings for the Padres before being drafted in June.
He signed a minor league deal with the Diamondbacks on June 30, and finally received a call to return to the big leagues when Arizona added him to their active roster on August 19.
Following Sunday’s move, Chrismatt could be heading to a third team within the calendar year.
Saturday was the only game the Diamondbacks have lost in their last eight games, and they won three of four games against the Reds last weekend.
