The previously anonymous accuser against disgraced music and fashion mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, but now the NHL hockey star’s ex-wife, is coming forward as accusations, lawsuits and indictments continue to mount. It became clear.
A long list of Jane and John have filed sexual assault lawsuits against Diddy; TMZ discovered that one of the anonymous filers was identified as Anna Cain, the ex-wife of the Edmonton Oilers winger.
TMZ has revealed that Keynes was required by a court order to identify himself if he wanted to proceed with the lawsuit.
Canes claims in her complaint that she was a 17-year-old high school student when she attended Diddy's parties and that she was gang-raped by his guests and associates at one of the parties.
“I wanted to use a false name to seek justice for what happened to me as a teenager. The defendant's request to use my name was an attempt to blackmail me. However, I was not threatened, and I am prepared to hold accountable those who harmed me,” Keynes said in a statement from his attorney.
Caines claims that in 2003, when she was in 11th grade, Harve Pierre, president of Bad Boy Entertainment, called her “hot” and invited her to a party in New York.
She claims she ended up attending Diddy's party after being invited onto his private jet and met the rap legend at the recording studio. She said Diddy and his customers gave her unknown drugs and alcohol before sexually assaulting her. She claims Diddy himself raped her in the bathroom
Keynes provided a photo purporting to show her inside Diddy's recording studio.
Anna was married to the NFL star from 2018 to 2021 and had one child with him before they divorced.
A slew of lawsuits, including an accusation that he raped a 10-year-old boy, is not the only legal crisis facing the music mogul.
Combs was arrested on September 16 on federal charges of abuse, intimidation, coercion, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, and bribery against both men and women over a period of more than 10 years. He has been in jail since then. and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.
The music mogul was released after a New York judge ruled that Combs must remain in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center while awaiting his sex trafficking trial, scheduled for May 5. He has been denied bail three times.
