A Florida man and woman were arrested in connection with an apparent road rage shooting midway through a busy intersection. The shooting was caught on video.
On Sunday, around 4:17pm, police dispatchers began receiving calls regarding the shooting at a busy intersection in Panama City.
Officers near the shooting began chasing the escaped pickup truck.
An Instagram account titled “Bay County Bad Drivers” has been uploaded video Of shooting.
The video shows the red GMC terrain SUV stopped at a red light. Two men are seen standing outside the SUV before returning to the vehicle.
When the lights turn green, the following pickup trucks will aggressively accelerate to the left and whipped next to the driver's side of the SUV. The hand of a pickup truck passenger appears through the open window of the truck, with about 12 gunshots apparently heard. The SUV will stop in the middle of the intersection.
Police said the pickup truck tried to escape from the crime scene. Officers near the shooting began chasing the escaped pickup truck.

WMBB-TV During the pursuit, the pickup truck reported a crash with a police car on the access road between a Mexican restaurant and a Holiday Inn.
Police arrested two suspects from a pickup truck about a mile from the shooting scene.
Panama City police said two people in the red SUV were shot dead. One victim died shortly after arriving at a local hospital. Other shooting victims were in danger.
The shooting victim's identity has not yet been announced as the incident is an aggressive murder investigation and the close relatives have been notified.
