Donald Trump Gets Invite to Waka Flocka Flame Rap Concert

Former President Donald Trump continues to receive support from the rap world, with an invitation reportedly being sent to the former president to attend rapper Waka Flocka Flame’s concert in Miami, Florida in a few weeks.

Citing anonymous sources, Florida’s Voice reporter Michael Costains said: broken News of an invitation to a concert on June 14th, President Trump’s birthday:

Specific details have yet to be released, but two sources told Florida’s Voice that President Trump and his team are in discussions with organizers and that the concert is expected to take place next month.

“We approached Waka because we knew he was a public supporter of President Trump, and there was a very swift response. He and his team were quick to respond,” a source told Florida’s Voice. “They were vocal about a few different issues, explaining that it opened Waka’s eyes to President Trump.”

The “Hard in Da Paint” rapper endorsed Trump with a simple tweet in October, before the Republican nomination race began.

Reports of the invitation came a day after Trump appeared at a rally in the Bronx with Brooklyn drill rappers Sheff G and Sleepy Hollow.

Other rappers have publicly voiced their support for him, both regarding the election and his criminal trial.

Lil Pump supported Trump in 2020 and got a tattoo of Trump’s face on his thigh earlier this year. Kodak Black, a rapper who was pardoned by Trump, defended the 45th president in April 2023 after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg filed a 34-count indictment against Trump, Breitbart News reported.

“I feel like these people are up to something else,” Kodak Black said. “They’re going to try to get rid of Trump because he’s a good black man. Biden is going to let black people do whatever they want.”
