The Blade Media was “very fortunate to have had sources on the ground on the night of July 13 and the following morning before the Secret Service embargo went into effect,” Baker said, adding that the “most important thing” the Blade’s sources discovered was that “radio communications… were ‘siloed.'”
Baker explained that there was no preparation ahead of the rally and the Secret Service and local police who attended “didn’t communicate with each other.”
“When things started to go wrong and suspicions started to emerge on the ground about this guy, Thomas Crooks, they weren’t able to get the communication back to confirm he wasn’t in a blue-on-blue situation, which ultimately allowed the ‘first shot’ to be fired.”
But the question remains: Was this lack of communication and preparation intentional?
Apparently Donald Trump Jr. thinks so.
