After Donald Trump Jr. and his former fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle, moved out, their previous home in Florida is now under quiet investigation, as per exclusive sources from Gimme Shelter.
The property, known as Whisper, is listed for approximately $30 million, according to insiders.
It’s situated in an upscale gated waterfront area called Admirals Cove.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle were in a relationship from 2018 until 2024 and purchased the home for $9.7 million in 2021, soon after President Trump completed his first term in office.
Trump Jr., a father of five with his ex-wife Vanessa, who lives nearby, is now engaged to socialite Bettina Anderson. Guilfoyle was previously married to California Governor Gavin Newsom and has a son from her second marriage to Eric Villency.
Guilfoyle shared her support for Trump Jr., stating, “I’m happy for Don, and of course I wish him the best,” in a comment made to the New York Times last month.
Currently, Guilfoyle resides in an impressive Mediterranean-style official house in Athens and was recently featured on the cover of Greek Vogue.
The Florida residence spans 11,300 square feet and includes six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with a pool and a private dock suitable for an 85-foot boat.
Inside, it boasts an elevator, a wine room, and a chef’s kitchen.
There’s some uncertainty about whether the Jupiter home features a gun room, which is of interest since Trump Jr. is an enthusiastic hunter. One of his initial requirements for his Hamptons property was indeed a dedicated space for his gun collection, as previously reported by Gimme.
The house sits on 1.2 acres, which is larger than many in the exclusive community.
It’s conveniently located about a 30-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago and even closer to Trump National Golf Club.
A source noted, “It’s a beautiful house and it’s finally ready to sell. There’s been a lot of interest,” mentioning some discussions between the former couple about putting the property on the market.
