Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson Tie the Knot
Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson recently got married on a private island in the Bahamas. The intimate ceremony was attended by around 40 guests, including Trump Jr.’s five children and his siblings, Ivanka, Eric, and Tiffany Trump, along with their partners.
Bettina’s family and close friends were also present for the occasion, adding a warm touch to the celebration.
The couple had initially thought about hosting their wedding at the White House but opted for a more low-key affair due to ongoing circumstances related to the Iran war. However, they mentioned wanting to have a larger celebration with friends and family later this year, possibly even at the White House.
Interestingly, President Trump announced he wouldn’t be attending the wedding. He expressed via Truth Social that while he would have loved to be there, current governmental duties kept him in Washington, D.C., saying, “I feel it is important for me to remain in the White House in Washington, D.C., at this critical time.”
News of their engagement first broke in December when Page Six reported that Trump Jr., 48, and Anderson, 39—whose mother is Inger Angerson, a philanthropist, and whose father was the late banker Harry Roy Anderson Jr.—were set to marry. The announcement coincided with footage of Trump sharing the news at the White House that evening.
According to reports, Trump Jr. proposed to Anderson while celebrating her birthday at Camp David last December. In April, Anderson hosted a bridal shower with an “Enchanted Garden” theme at Mar-a-Lago, which was attended by family and friends, including Ivanka Trump and Marla Maples. The gathering featured guests from various social circles.
The couple began dating in December 2024 after Trump Jr.’s previous engagement to Kimberly Guilfoyle fell through. At the time of his breakup, Trump Jr. told Page Six that he and Guilfoyle would always share a special bond, despite the end of their romantic relationship.
Trump Jr. was previously married to Vanessa Trump from 2005 to 2018, with whom he shares five children. Anderson, on the other hand, was once engaged to Beau Wrigley but has never been married.
