Donald Trump praises 49ers’ Nick Bosa after sack dance

President-elect Donald Trump praised San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa on Sunday during the team's narrow win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Bosa recorded three tackles during the game, including one sack on Baker Mayfield.

He celebrated with a Trump-inspired dance, which he was seen doing at a campaign rally weeks before he was re-elected as president.

President Trump seems to be paying attention to Bosa's on-field accomplishments.

“Nick Bosa is a great player,” President Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.

Botha has expressed support for the president-elect over the past two weeks.

He wore a Make America Great Again hat after the 49ers defeated the Dallas Cowboys in Sunday night game.

He was reportedly fined for the stunt, but earlier this week he said he expected his wallet to hurt because of it.

“It was totally worth it,” he told reporters. “The people spoke up because I don't think my position on this issue will change. We got what we got.”

On Sunday, San Francisco defeated Tampa Bay 23-20.

Bosa had 4.5 sacks, one interception and 28 tackles before taking the field against Tampa Bay.
