President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly scheduled to address the House Republican Conference at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.

“Preparations are underway for President-elect Donald Trump to come to the Capitol tomorrow to address the entire House Republican Conference, according to multiple sources familiar with the plans,” he said in a post on X.
It remains unclear when the talks will be held. President Trump also accepted an invitation to meet with President Joe Biden at the White House at 11 a.m. Wednesday to begin the transition.
This will be President Trump's first visit to Washington DC since he was elected president. In his most recent visit, he was notable for attending a meeting of the House Republican Conference at the Capitol Hill Club in Washington, D.C., in June.
