Following the announcement of the results of the U.S. Virgin Islands Republican Party, President Trump posted on his Truth social platform, “We have received word that we overwhelmingly won all delegates in the Virgin Islands caucuses with nearly 75% of the vote.” I just called to thank the person.” .

Trump and his last remaining major rival in the nomination race, former U.N. ambassador and former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley, are on the ballot. It also included four other candidates who have dropped out of the 2024 election race.

The caucus used ranked voting. People who vote rank their choices, and if no candidate receives a majority of votes, a ranked selection process is activated.
