DoorDash driver taken into custody for sharing a customer's nude video

A DoorDash delivery worker in upstate New York was arrested on felony charges after he made allegations of sexual assault, following an incident where he filmed a partially undressed, inebriated customer on a couch.

Olivia Henderson, 23, from Oswego, garnered millions of views on her TikTok account, @irlmonsterhighdoll, after sharing several videos last month. One of the videos features a man with his pants and underwear down around his ankles.

The delivery driver was arrested recently and could potentially face up to eight years behind bars if found guilty of the two felony charges against her.

Interestingly, it was Henderson who alerted the police, asserting that the man had intentionally seduced her, even though she seemed to be unconscious at the time in his home.

“My customers asked me to leave their order at the door, and when I got there, the door was wide open. They were lying on the couch, exposing themselves to me,” she stated in one TikTok video about the incident that occurred on October 12.

However, footage from a Ring camera appears to show Henderson entering the man’s house without being prompted, and authorities noted that there’s no evidence to suggest that she was encouraged to film the situation.

The police indicated that Henderson’s own video depicts the man as incapacitated and unconscious from excessive drinking.

After posting the video online, which gained considerable attention, the police confirmed that Henderson made claims of sexual assault.

Later on, she accused DoorDash of unjustly deactivating her account. Yet, the company emphasized that they had to take that action due to the video, reiterating support for workers who express concerns over their safety.

“Sharing videos of customers’ homes and revealing their personal information violates our policies,” the company stated upon her arrest.

According to them, this was the reason her account—along with the customer’s account—was deactivated during the investigation process.

Henderson is facing two felony charges: one for second-degree unlawful surveillance and the other for first-degree unlawful distribution of surveillance images.

If convicted, she could be facing as much as eight years in prison.

After processing, she was released and is set to appear in court again on December 4, as per arrest records.

Authorities mentioned that the customer featured in the video has reached out to them.
