Dr. Dre Reveals Suffering Three Strokes Following 2021 Brain Aneurysm Incident

Music giant Dr. Dre shared gory details about his 2021 near death from a brain aneurysm during a Friday conversation with James Corden on SiriusXM’s “This Life of Mine.” said.

The hip-hop legend said he suffered not one, but three strokes while in the hospital.

“It’s something that happens that you can’t control, and I had three strokes in those two weeks,” Dr. Dre told The Hollywood Reporter’s Corden. report.

The problem reportedly started with a mild sensation behind Dre’s right ear, then worsened to what he called the most severe pain.

“I woke up and went through the day, but I thought I could just lie down and take a nap. “The next thing I knew, I passed out, was in a daze, and went to the ICU. I was there for two weeks. The doctors came in and said, ‘You have no idea how lucky you are.’ I can hear you saying.”

Dre then asked doctors about how to prevent aneurysms, but doctors did not give him a clear answer.

“No one could give me an answer. I have poor health, so I had no idea that I had high blood pressure or anything like that,” the famous rapper continued, according to the outlet. I told you. “I lift weights, run, and do everything I can to stay healthy.”
