It’s been a tough year for Drake and it’s only getting tougher. He can’t keep losing and now he’s being mocked by the Argentine soccer team.
After beating Canada 2-0 in the Copa America semi-finals, Argentina channeled their inner Kendrick Lamar and borrowed the title of one of his diss songs to make it clear whose side they’re on in the ongoing rap war. “Not on our side,” the tweet added, a reference to Drake, who infamously bet $300,000 that Canada would beat Lionel Messi and co.
At this point, there’s barely a country left where Drake isn’t getting thoroughly slammed on a daily basis. When NBA players aren’t singing Kendrick diss songs onstage, they’re being mercilessly slammed for a terrible bet and Buenos Aires is laughing.
At this point, it might be best for Drake to just step away from this fight and take a long break from social media entirely. When you’re on a losing streak, you need to realize that and take a step back and reevaluate.
