Former NFL star quarterback Drew Bledsoe took a lot of heat for his take on Tom Brady on Netflix on Sunday night, but with a little help from his wife, he knows he can get through it, too. I proved that I can do it.
Bledsoe said defenders couldn’t get close to Brady during his career, and he infuriated Brady with a joke about the end of his marriage to Gisele Bündchen.

“Obviously, buddy, you’re quite used to not being touched. It’s like the end of a marriage,” he said.
On Monday, Bledsoe said:Dan Le Batard Show with Stagots” Bundchen joked, revealing that he had some help from his wife.
“My brother, one of the funniest people I know, he helped me out,” Bledsoe began. “And I’m going to be in real trouble for this, but I’m happy to wear it. Gisele’s joke actually came from her wife. Please don’t say it.”

Bledsoe didn’t tell the joke he originally wrote.

Bündchen and Brady divorced in 2022 after 13 years of marriage. They share Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
