The driver who killed his mother and daughter after hitting the back of the car at 130 mph will spend the next 40 years behind the bar, officials said.

With a suspended license, Manuel plunged into the back of his family's Buick enclave before the car spun off the road and hit a fence, prosecutors said.
He was pulled safely, officials said, asserting that the two women had died at the scene.
