LONDON (AP) — Actor Dustin Hoffman, Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes and other celebrities watched the third-round match between Carlos Alcaraz and Francis Tiafoe on Centre Court at Wimbledon on Friday.
Hoffman, 86, sat in the royal box reserved for special guests invited by the All England Club, while Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, sat in the stands.
Hoffman, who won an Oscar for his performance in “Rain Man,” may have been a fitting presence on a day when morning and afternoon rain halted play on the grass courts at the Grand Slam tournament.

The Alcaraz-Tiafoe match was played under a retractable roof, so spectators didn’t get wet.
