Dylan Sprouse confronts supposed intruder near his house and contacts authorities

Dylan Sprouse recently intervened to stop a burglary attempt at his residence. The actor, best known for his role in “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” and his wife Barbara Palvin, a model, alerted the authorities around 12:30 a.m. on Friday after spotting an unfamiliar man on their property.

After Palvin called in the attempt, Dylan reportedly subdued the intruder and held him until law enforcement arrived. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident. Authorities took the suspect into custody, who apparently has an outstanding warrant, but he did not manage to enter their home.

Attempts to reach Sprouse’s representatives went unanswered. Sprouse and Palvin first connected through Instagram in 2018. They made their relationship public that June and later tied the knot in Hungary in July 2023.

In a February 2025 interview, Palvin shared that they prioritize spending time together, with a personal rule to never be apart for over a few weeks. Dylan mentioned that having her on set makes things easier—though he humorously pointed out that filming can often be quite dull.

Reflecting on their early careers, Dylan and his twin brother Cole began acting as children, frequently sharing roles in various projects. Their breakout moment was on the Disney Channel series, “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” which later led to a spinoff. Dylan attributed their departure from the show to creative differences as they matured.

After the series ended in 2011, Dylan focused on education, graduating from New York University in 2015 while Cole starred in “Riverdale.” Dylan chose a different path, co-founding a meadery in Brooklyn and taking on acting roles less frequently.
