Philadelphia Mayor Sherrell Parker made a hilarious mistake while leading a Philadelphia Eagles chant before a playoff game.

During a press conference about the city's severe weather preparedness, Mayor Parker decided he needed to lead a chant in support of the Eagles before their regional round game against the Los Angeles Rams.
