The murders of four women in Atlantic City and the placement of their bodies have left authorities wondering who is behind the gruesome murders. During that time, four women were reportedly strangled to death: Barbara Breider, Molly Dilts, Kim Raffo, and Tracy Ann Roberts. The body was found along Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township. But the strangest part of the discovery was that the woman’s body was found underwater with her arms outstretched and her head facing east.
The orientation of their heads gave rise to the brutal nickname given to the alleged killer.
Despite efforts to find the person behind the attack, authorities have been unable to correct the crime. Several theories have been thrown around over the years, but nothing substantial has emerged.
Criminal profiler John Kelly’s team at STALK Inc. has announced a $25,000 reward for anyone who can help crack the case. The report noted that the team has received hints, but there is nothing the team is confident about.
Kelly told Fox News Digital: “When this first happened, there was a frenzy and panic. There was a guy who was killing one girl a week, almost every 10 days. ‘Wow.’ That’s what it felt like,” he said. He has a live wire here. ”
A&E report In November 2006, the body of Ruffo, 35, was discovered by several women behind the then-demolished Golden Key Motel. After authorities were alerted, they arrested Roberts, 23, Breider, 42, and Dilts, 19.
All females were found in the same hole.
The women were dumped separately in a hole in a stream behind the motel, which became known as the “Hell Motel,” according to the report.
The women were each found fully clothed except for their feet, and the killer used their feet to pin them to the side of the ditch to prevent them from floating away. The women were positioned approximately 320 feet apart with their arms outstretched and their heads facing east, the report said.
Kelly used this information to suggest that they may be looking for someone with a foot fetish, or someone who committed the murders as part of some kind of religious ritual.
“To me, this was someone who was worried about DNA, worried about some sort of ritual, worried about the possibility of coming back. Most serial killers do that to relive the situation.” added Kelly.
“It’s not a story about someone trying to hide a body, because if you really wanted to hide a body, there are many places you could hide it. And all of the women were found uncovered. I did.”
