Two people, including an eight-year-old girl, were shot and left “seriously injured” in west London on Sunday night.
An eight-year-old girl and a 34-year-old man were hospitalized in London after a shooting occurred in Kensington, west London, at around 5:30pm Japan time on Sunday night.

London-based newspaper subway report New details have emerged about the shocking case, including the arrest of a 22-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder.
The newspaper reported that a gunman was seen firing directly at the car at close range, and a woman could be heard screaming, “My baby, my baby has been shot.”
The injured man, who is said to have suffered “life-altering injuries,” is the father of the girl victim, the state reported.

Kensington is one of London's most affluent areas, and the Southern Row address police responded to is just a stone's throw from the fashionable Notting Hill district.
Superintendent Owen Rennowden, of Kensington and Chelsea Police, said both victims had “serious injuries” and there was no update on the adult man's condition, but the child was “thankfully in a stable condition this morning. “There is,” he said.
Officers were in the area Sunday night and are appealing for anyone who may have seen the fleeing suspect or any other witnesses to come forward.
