Elena Cardon Speaks Out on Feminism and Empowerment

Elena Cardon, a real estate entrepreneur and advocate for women’s empowerment, felt compelled to speak out after seeing core values she supports under attack. In a conversation with Fox News Digital, she reflected on her journey as a CEO, mother, and wife, addressing the ongoing dialogue around women’s rights and political affiliations.

As the head of 10X Ladies, an organization aimed at helping women succeed in various aspects of life—like mindset, relationships, and finance—Cardon also oversees Cardone Mortgage, Cardone Enterprises, and Cardone Capital, alongside her husband, Grant Cardone.

Once a Democrat, Cardon now supports President Trump. Reflecting on her past, she described herself as a rebellious teenager who lacked an understanding of entrepreneurship and politics. In her words, she realized that the Democratic party didn’t align with her values or worth.

“I was just trying to fit in with friends in New Orleans,” Cardon admitted. “But once I recognized the core values being presented, I knew I didn’t belong there.” She feels no regret about her change in political views and believes that a crucial part of society is being undermined.

Cardon expressed the urgency she felt, noting, “I used to want to focus on empowering women and protecting children, but politics abruptly intruded. I couldn’t stay quiet.” She mentioned an important event where Trump addressed the issue of men competing in women’s sports, a subject that resonates with her advocacy.

Worried about the current feminist movement, she posed a question: “How can we label winning in sports as feminism while undermining women’s opportunities? It feels like a hijacking, not true empowerment.” Cardon acknowledges that while progress in women’s rights has been made, today’s feminism might strain relationships between men and women.

Reflecting on her early marriage, where her independence complicated things, she shared, “When we began teamwork, it transformed everything. I found more strength together than I’d ever thought possible.” Cardon seems to believe in the importance of unity over division, particularly in a world that can feel increasingly contentious.
