Disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes was ringed 40 times inside the prison during a hilarious prison visit with her husband and two young children.
The smiling con man cradled his children, 2-year-old William and 11-month-old Invicta, in his arms as they enjoyed family time outside FPC Bryan in Texas over the weekend. The photo was first obtained by the Daily Mail program.
The former Forbes cover star has been in a federal facility for the past nine months as she serves an 11-year sentence for fraud and conspiracy convictions.
Holmes was wearing a tan prison jumpsuit over a black and white shirt and black sneakers. She also wore a wedding ring and a cross necklace.
Her husband, hotel heiress Billy Evans, kept his attire casual in jeans, a dark shirt and a black jean jacket.
The couple, who married in 2019, were also seen laughing together, and at one point Evans wrapped his arms around his jailed wife from behind.
Holmes’ family visited her on Saturday and Sunday, her official birthday, the Mail reported.
Her parents also joined the family of four and were seen sitting around a red picnic table.
Holmes’ family was last seen visiting a federal facility in July.
Holmes, known as Federal Inmate 24965-111, was originally sentenced to 11 years and three months, but updated records show the fraudster’s sentence was reduced by two years.
The mother of two was found guilty of four counts of wire fraud for allowing a doctor to use a blood test device that did not give accurate results.
She is said to have defrauded investors of more than $700 million with trumped-up claims.
Since going to prison, Holmes has become friends with “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah. Jen Shah hosts training classes inside the prison.
The 50-year-old “RHOSLC” alum is serving a six-and-a-half year sentence for defrauding mostly elderly and vulnerable victims of $6.5 million in a nationwide telemarketing scheme.
