Wardrobe Malfunction Doesn’t Deter Ella Langley

Ella Langley isn’t letting a wardrobe mishap hold her back—or make her dwell on the past. After experiencing a dress malfunction during her performance, she kept her cool. This all happened just a few songs into her set at Morgan Wallen’s “Still the Problem” tour over the weekend.

The 27-year-old singer handled the situation with grace, switching to a Baltimore Ravens jersey and grabbing her guitar before continuing her show at M&T Bank Stadium.

Morgan Wallen Jokes About the Incident

Langley had made a stylish entrance in a sparkling pink dress adorned with fringe. In a video that surfaced online, she was seen wearing a purple football jersey as rain fell around her on stage.

She later shared her thoughts about the malfunction with her followers on social media. “Yesterday, during the second song of a 60-minute set in a packed stadium in the pouring rain, my entire dress unzipped,” she noted on her Instagram Stories while “Wonderful” by Stone Temple Pilots played in the background.

Support From NFL Coach

Rex Ryan, a former Ravens defensive coordinator, expressed his admiration for Langley on social media, proudly announcing his membership in the “Ella Fela” fan club. He reflected on his extensive experience in football, saying, “Look, I’ve been around football all my life… But let me tell you this… Tonight, Ella Langley was in control of Baltimore.”

Despite the wardrobe blunder, Langley’s weekend remained bright. Her song “Choosing Texas” continues to climb the charts, recently marking its 14th week at the top.

Chart-Topping Performance

This track is not just a brief success; it has tied records with other iconic hits. Langley’s “Choosing Texas” achieved its initial No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in February and is now recognized as one of the longest-running titles by a female artist without a male collaboration.

There’s something even more special—this song has also become one of Mariah Carey’s second-longest charting hits, right alongside her holiday classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” Langley seems poised for a bright future ahead, wardrobe malfunctions aside.
