Elon Musk Addresses L.A. Riots: 'Not Acceptable'

Elon Musk Critiques Immigrant Violence in Los Angeles

Elon Musk recently expressed his disapproval of foreign immigrants in Los Angeles, California, labeling the riots fueled by foreign influences as “not okay.” He shared a screenshot from a Truth Social post by former President Donald Trump, which criticized the violent actions in Los Angeles and offered an apology to its residents for the chaos caused by these events.

Musk also highlighted another post from Vice President J.D. Vance that quoted Trump, who asserted that he was overseeing various government departments to address the situation in Los Angeles. This response comes amid ongoing tensions between Musk and Trump, reportedly stemming from disagreements over a significant bill that Musk described as “filled with pork” and carrying “unpleasant hatred.” During this back-and-forth, Musk went so far as to threaten the dismantling of SpaceX’s dragon spaceship, citing Trump as a figure drawing unwanted attention.

The situation escalated further when Trump issued a memorandum on Saturday, deploying 2,000 national security personnel in an effort to restore order in Los Angeles amidst the unrest.

Recent social media posts displayed footage of protesters wielding foreign flags, throwing rocks at law enforcement vehicles, and damaging federal property. The protests reportedly erupted over the weekend, resulting in over 40 arrests following ICE operations in the area.

Prior to the violent clashes on Sunday evening, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino issued a warning that the FBI would actively pursue any leads related to assaults on federal officers, emphasizing the consequences of choosing violence.
