“This is fun to make a billion bet that Warren Buffett would win $1 billion from Warren Buffett if he matches exactly the whole crazy victory tree in March,” Musk said. He spoke in relation to the basketball tournament bracket.

“If it could help AI win $1 billion from Buffett, it would be pretty cool. That seems like a pretty good investment,” he added.

Despite millions of brackets being submitted on various platforms each year when multimadness begins, no one has chosen the perfect NCAA tournament bracket.

To choose the perfect bracket, March's crazy Oracle needs to pick all 63 games correctly in the tournament. Four games of the Elite 8, two final four games and national championship games, including 32 games in 64 rounds, 16 games in 32 rounds and 8 games in Sweet 16. The so-called first four games that allow the winner to advance to 64 rounds are usually ignored in bracket contests.
