Encino Mansion: A Hub for Celebrities and Controversy
The Encino mansion, known as the production base for OnlyFans, has become a popular hangout for numerous celebrities.
Local residents have expressed worry about this so-called Content mansion, managed by Creators Inc. It’s often a gathering spot for stars, athletes, and reality TV personalities, who contribute to the company’s various social media content.
Among the most recognizable figures connected to the home is R&B singer Ray J, who has featured in multiple posts from the company. Interestingly, Ray J once recorded a podcast from his house discussing how Kim Kardashian transformed public attention into a billion-dollar empire.
Reality star Blac Chyna has also been prominently featured, appearing in various photos and videos. In an interview with Andy Bachman, the founder of Creators Inc., she turned the tables and asked him if he was happy. His response? “Yes, I’m very happy.”
Actress Shannon Elizabeth participated in a video post sharing her success, claiming she made over $1 million on OnlyFans, stating, “It allows me to create on my own terms.”
It doesn’t stop there; Carmen Electra teamed up with Denise Richards to promote Creators Inc. merchandise, marking their first collaboration.
The guest list even includes rapper Offset, known for heartfelt insights shared on the podcast, like, “Big gains usually come right after a season of struggles. Keep the faith, even when things don’t make sense.”
The mansion has also attracted big names from the martial arts community, such as UFC middleweight Paulo Costa and bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili.
Malik Bazir, an actor and boxer, was also seen at the mansion, discussing his journey from amateur boxing to landing a role alongside Michael B. Jordan in Creed.
This celebrity presence shows how the Encino mansion has transformed from a typical influencer space to something much more dynamic.
Creators Inc. boasts hundreds of thousands of online followers and regularly showcases a mix of social media influencers, models, entertainers, and athletes.
However, the property has become a point of contention in the neighborhood. Residents argue that it’s functioning more as a commercial filming site than a private residence, citing frequent shoots, constant traffic, and activities that feel out of place in a family-oriented area.
Additionally, neighbors are concerned about the mansion’s closeness to a local church, prompting them to urge city officials to look into whether the operations adhere to zoning laws.
If the company’s recent social media activity is any indication, it seems the guest list at Encino’s content house is likely to keep expanding.
