Frustrated Mrbeast fans are asking for a refund after investing in a disappointing three-day experience.
The YouTube star hosted an event at Resorts World Las Vegas from April 13th to 15th, promising “immersive” and “unforgettable” experiences, according to 8 News Now. refund. Each attendee paid about $1,000, but the event claimed that the event had not fulfilled its promise.

Mrbeast, James Stephen “Jimmy” Donaldson, is known for creating elaborate YouTube videos featuring large-scale challenges, so fans believed they were on the adventure.
Theresa Metta traveled to Las Vegas with her mother for the event.
She told the news outlet that the hotel’s front desk staff told the guest to wait for the mysterious arrival after checking in. Some guests claimed they were locked up in hotel rooms for more than 24 hours in anticipation of a major surprise.
“I was told to wait in my room for two days for the package to arrive, so I legally spent two days for the package. It was a box of chocolate,” Metta told 8News. The guest was promised a mystery bag as part of the investment, and was disappointed with the content.
“We had kids’ shorts, extra small shirts, hats and medium shirts,” she said.
She went on to explain that the items were nothing special at all.
“If you go to Mrbeast.store now to their products, all of these things are in clearance for $9. We were told we’d get an exclusive product. Obviously, it’s not.”

Several participants, including Metta, spoke about the disappointment of the event itself.
“It’s like a mini-game, meeting and greetings, photography, special drinks, etc.” she told 8News.
“Unfortunately, we didn’t get it,” Metta said.
Mother Desiree Pineda told 8 News that her son is a Murivist Superfan and attended a failed event as part of his birthday.
“I was trying to give him the best experience. Unfortunately, as a parent, I feel like I’ve made him fail,” Pineda told the outlet.
An upset fan put pressure on Dixon to get things right.
“Overall, their ultimate resolution was $50 food and drink credits for two different outlets,” Metta said.
“This experience was horrifying.”

A small number of participants exchanged reported to 8 News that they wanted to file a lawsuit against the hotel to get their money back, and the outlet exchanged contact information so that it could pursue legal action.
Abigail Marquez said he was an attendee who traveled from Los Angeles for a trip.

8 News emailed the company saying it would ultimately be fully refunded to attendees, saying it understood that the company was “not expected during Mrbeast’s experience.”
