Enraged Mom Confronts Sex Offender for Recording Daughter in Ohio Target

An Ohio mother caught a sex offender videotaping her teenage daughter’s behind at a Target, and was furious and fearless when she confronted him, only for police to tell her there was nothing they could do.

Charles Brock Mulholland, 40, posted the shocking video online in which he was out shopping with his 16-year-old daughter when Monica Geisel started yelling at him and chasing him.

In the video, Geisel can be seen demanding to see what was on Marlholland’s phone after Marlholland’s daughter, Addison, tells him she saw Marlholland filming her from behind.

“You got the video. Let me see it,” an outraged mother said as she cornered a man in a Rossford Target. “That’s my daughter. Get it off your phone.”

Mulholland held up the phone, glanced at its contents and said, “This is disgusting.”

Mulholland tried to leave, but Geisel continued to follow him throughout the store.

“If you take one more video of an underage girl…” she warned, before saying, “Stop it.”

As Mulholland headed for the exit, Geisel told bystanders, “This guy is taking videos of underage girls at Target,” and he called for employees for help.

After all, Mulholland already Tier 2 Registration Gender Wood County Criminals, according to to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

His criminal history includes soliciting sexual conduct involving a minor and unlawful use of nudity by a minor in 2017.

Rossford police officers Arrived WTVG reported that the perpetrator could not be arrested at the scene because photographing people in public is not a crime.

“We certainly have concerns, but unfortunately, this individual was not breaking any laws at the time. We know there was likely bad intent, but there’s nothing we can do legally so we’re in a difficult situation,” Police Chief Todd Kitzler said.

But Geisel said this isn’t the first time Mulholland has filmed disturbing footage without someone’s consent.

“I watch a lot of other people’s videos. [his phone]”There were other girls there and I tried to take his phone away from him and he just pushed my arm, took it from me and started walking away,” his furious mother told the station.

“He wasn’t just filming people. He was filming her inappropriately, zooming in on different parts of her body.”

Shortly after the incident, Mulholland was stopped for a traffic violation and questioned about what had happened at the Target.

He was given a traffic warning and released.
