Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator Lee Zeldin said in an update Tuesday that he was asked to finish remote work for federal employees. He spoke in a piggyback about the Trump administration's greater efforts.
Zeldin is honored to work with an individual who has met with a team of agents across the country in a video message posted on his X account and described as “many of the brightest hearts on the planet.” I think so.
“Thank you to the dedicated employees who show up in our office every day. Your commitment to our mission is unnoticed,” he said. He said before speaking in person with people who continued to work in the office.

“It's time to return to the office, partner, partner and deliver to all the other great members of the team,” he said. – Only “in a single number.”
“In fact, it was only a third of the best day attendance since last January,” Zeldin said, adding that EPA headquarters had 8.9% attendance every day on Mondays and Fridays last year. I mentioned in his post.
“Our spacious and beautiful EPA headquarters spans five buildings and spans two city blocks in DC,” he said. “The federal corridors are empty, filled with empty desks and cubicles with unopened chairs.”
“The American people rely on each and every one of us to protect access to clean air, land and water. Our mission to protect human health and the environment is to who we are. It's too important to be very short,” he said, eventually asking absent employees from the office to return home.
“As we embark on this journey together, I humbly ask you to return to the office. I will be present every day, and I will see you here too,” he continued.
