Epstein victim claims she requested the FBI investigate Trump on two occasions.

Epstein accuser says she asked FBI twice to look into Trump

A woman has accused Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of sexual assault, stating that she reported her allegations to the FBI on two occasions and even urged President Trump to look into the matter, according to a report from the New York Times.

Maria Farmer, the woman in question, mentioned she asked the FBI to conduct a thorough investigation into individuals associated with Epstein, including Trump.

She indicated to the Times that while there is “no evidence of criminal misconduct” by Epstein’s associates, she believes law enforcement might broaden their investigation as her efforts seemed to disrupt Epstein’s operations, which benefited a well-known friend.

In response, White House spokesman Stephen Chen dismissed the claims as “old fake recycled news.”

This report comes amid significant political backlash concerning a promise by Trump officials to release what they call the Epstein Files, which reportedly contain investigative documents about dubious investors. The details in this file remain unclear, yet many Democrats are hoping to uncover revelations about the president’s ties to convicted sex offenders.

Farmer recounted that in 1995, she urged law enforcement to investigate Trump while preparing to work for Epstein. She noted a disconcerting encounter where Trump stared at her when she visited his office one night, and Epstein quipped, “No. No. She’s not here for you.”

The White House has challenged Farmer’s narrative, asserting that Trump was never at his office during her time there. “The president drove him out of the club because he was a creep,” Chang declared in a statement.

Farmer worked for Epstein from 1995 to 1996, initially helping him acquire art but later managing the influx and outflow of young women and celebrities at his Upper East Side townhouse, as reported by the Times.

Discussions about Trump’s association with Epstein have surfaced in light of past real estate disputes, particularly concerning a Palm Beach mansion from 2004.

The New York Times also referenced an article where Trump allegedly sent Epstein a cheeky birthday card for his 50th, an assertion Trump has denied and for which he filed a lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal last week. Republican support appears to be rallying behind Trump’s criticism.

In a current development, Trump has requested the Justice Department to seal a transcript related to a significant ruling in the Epstein case.

Meanwhile, Congressional Republicans are pursuing efforts to compel the administration to release related documents, with Politico covering these symbolic initiatives. Democrats are advocating for petitions that would enforce binding votes in an effort to take political action, garnering some support from Republicans.
