Epstein’s Alleged Ties to Mossad Denied by Former Israeli Prime Minister
Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett rejected claims on Monday that the late investor and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein had any connection to Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency.
Epstein was known for hosting a range of wealthy and influential individuals at his private island, including former President Bill Clinton and billionaire Bill Gates.
Speculation has long surrounded Epstein’s operations, with some suggesting he may have worked for various intelligence services.
Reports indicated that Epstein had a close relationship with former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, who visited him multiple times in both New York and Florida. Barak has previously publicly opposed current Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
This connection has fueled theories among conspiracy theorists and some anti-Semitic claims suggesting Epstein might have been an Israeli operative. However, there is no concrete evidence to support any association with Mossad or other intelligence entities.
Bennett addressed this matter in a statement on X, expressing:
As the former Israeli Prime Minister who received direct reports from Mossad, I can assure you with complete certainty:
The idea that Jeffrey Epstein had any ties to Israel or Mossad is entirely false.
The vile actions of Epstein had nothing to do with Mossad or Israel.
He did not work for Mossad.
This allegation is simply a fabrication pushed by certain influential figures, like Tucker Carlson.
They often make baseless claims and present them confidently as truth, which is damaging to my country and people. We will not tolerate this slander any longer.
The U.S. Department of Justice has stated that there is no existing “client list” for Epstein or any corroborating evidence, despite longstanding speculation, particularly from Trump appointees.
Bennett previously served as Netanyahu’s chief of staff before distancing himself to form a new conservative party. He held the prime ministerial position from 2021 to 2022 and is viewed as a potential successor to Netanyahu in the future.
