He is Mayor Eric Adams’ biggest supporter and is a great broker with great perspective.
Superbooster Eleonora Srugo is a luxury real estate agent with Douglas Elliman who has also been talked about online as a potential candidate for “Real Housewives of New York.”
Srugo, who is politically sensitive on issues ranging from education to Israel, has supported Adams since the beginning of the administration and frequently posts photos of the two politicians together as a friendly supporter.
She works in fundraising and we’re told their relationship is purely professional (Adams has a longtime girlfriend, Tracy Collins).
On Election Day 2021, Srugo, 37, posted a photo of the two of them at Cipriani Downtown with the caption, “I am proud to be a product of the New York City public school system. Raised and provided for by a single mother, it was my promise to do well in school. And I loved it.”
In the photo, she’s wearing a cool Guns N’ Roses T-shirt, while Adams showed up in a white polo.
The two met when Stuyvesant High School graduate Slugo founded the prestigious school’s Alumni Mentoring Program, which “serves students who are primarily living below the poverty line.”
“That’s how I met Eric Adams,” she wrote in Cipriani’s post.
“He knows firsthand what it means to carve your own destiny in this city. … His vision is to have more programs and schools that work.”
She also told Page Six when asked for comment: “I first got in touch with Eric Adams because of his stance on education and [Specialized High Schools Admissions Test] These are things that are personally important to me, and I appreciate his pro-business efforts, his work to keep our streets safe, and his administration’s expansion of a comprehensive affordable housing program focused on real estate.”
The smart beauty, who has a business degree from Boston University, has posted photos of herself with the mayor at charity food distributions, including a Thanksgiving event with Al Sharpton and City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams.
In January 2023, they volunteered together to hand out meals outside the Empire State Building, where Srugo regularly volunteered.
She also posted a photo of herself distributing food again later that month, with the caption, “So proud of the turnaround we’ve seen in New York over the past year.”
“Things aren’t perfect, and this is certainly not the utopian city I dream of, but the trajectory is very different,” she wrote last year about the mayor’s record.
She said, “My job is to promote New York City to the incredible people who make it the magical city it is, and to the world. I personally want this city to succeed. We sacrifice so much to call this city home because it gives us so many opportunities. It’s the birthplace of upward mobility, and anything the Mayor does to strengthen the American Dream is something I can support. Reminding people that New York isn’t coming back, that it never really left, helps me do my job and make a living.”
Professionally, her recent sales include $75 million deal Record deal at Central Park South.
A spokesman for the mayor’s office said of Srugo: “She’s an incredibly qualified person and one of the top real estate agents in New York City, yet she finds time to volunteer. I think she cares about her city, that’s clear, and we want all New Yorkers to care about their city as much as she does.”
The rep added that she first met Srugo when she was handing out food at a charity night at the Empire State Hotel.
“I’ve seen her do it many times. She’s a great person who doesn’t forget her roots,” the rep said.
Adams, 63, and Srugo appeared in Page Six in October 2022. The Post’s iconic column wrote: Adams attended Slugo’s birthday party. With rappers French Montana and Ja Rule, shortly before declaring a state of emergency over the migrant crisis.
The party took place at Osteria La Bahia, a favorite haunt of Adams’, owned by his controversial friend, Jan “Johnny” Petrosians.
In 2020, Adams and Srugo were photographed at a brunch hosted by Billionaire’s Row founder and Adams’ friend William Benson, and the pair also posted photos from a Drake concert they attended at the Apollo.
In June 2023, Adams and Slugo, who was born in Israel and raised in New York, participated in a parade together celebrating Israel.
I understand that Mr Slugo visits Israel regularly and that she and Ms Adams stayed there briefly during his visit there in August last year.
“I’ve always been community-minded,” she said of her friendships with politicians. [Mayor Adams]He’s been a great leader for our city and I wholeheartedly support him. As a person, he’s just a regular guy… a true New Yorker like me. He’s a great listener and an extraordinarily loyal friend.”
When she’s not working for Adams, Srugo, who is single, posts impressive professional accomplishments and sexy photos on Instagram.
New York City media website Hellgate has been keeping tabs on the mayor’s surroundings with a feature called “The Table of Success,” based on Adam’s quote, “If I sit at the table of success, all the people who don’t like me become waiters.”
In addition to Srugo, the list also includes Zero Bond owner Scott Sartiano and former “Mighty Ducks” star and now Bitcoin billionaire Brock Pierce, who is advising the mayor on digital currencies.
So will she run for office herself?
She joked, “LOL. We have the best mayor in town right now. I still have so much to accomplish in this industry. I love real estate but I love the products I sell even more.”
