Eric Trump States 'It Is Certain' Bitcoin Will Reach $1 Million

Eric Trump, son of U.S. President Donald Trump, spoke to a full crowd at the Bitcoin Asia Conference in Hong Kong. He remarked on how the global adoption of Bitcoin (Crypto: BTC) is gaining traction among governments, businesses, and influential families.

What happened: Trump emphasized, “There are nations that buy heavily into Bitcoin. Fortune 500 companies are investing in it as well,” during a casual talk with organizer David Bailey.

He continued, “You have the biggest family. Major companies around the world see this as a valuable digital asset. Everyone wants Bitcoin. Everyone is buying it.”

Don’t miss it:

Trump expressed confidence in Bitcoin’s future, predicting it could eventually reach $1 million. “I’ve always said I believe Bitcoin will hit a million dollars in the next few years. There’s absolutely no doubt in my mind,” he shared with the audience.

Why is it important: He illustrated how conversations in Asia signal growing acceptance. “I had breakfast this morning with some of the most influential figures in the region. You’re literally trying to explain what digital currency is,” he noted. “It’s striking how quickly we are delving into this race and how promising it is.”

In response to concerns about missing the boat on cryptocurrency, Trump shared, “People ask me if they should get into it now—if it’s too late. I just start laughing. I’ve barely scratched the surface of what Bitcoin can be.”

He advised potential investors, stating, “This is the time to buy. Embrace the volatility. Buy now, close your eyes, and hold it for five years.”
