Following a wave of public discourse and mixed opinions stemming from her husband’s passing, Erica Kirk has revealed plans for a private meeting with commentator Candace Owens.
She shared this development during a brief statement on a Sunday show, indicating that both parties agreed to pause any public comments ahead of their discussion.
“Candace Owens and I will be speaking directly in private on Monday, December 15th,” Erica noted.
She added, “@RealCandaceO and I have decided to suspend public conversations, livestreams, and tweets until after we meet. We hope to have a constructive dialogue. Thank you,” she emphasized.
This forthcoming talk between Erica and the former Turning Point USA employee aims to tackle recent tensions that have arisen over conspiracy theories circulating online.
During a CBS town hall, Erica voiced her emotional distress over rampant speculation regarding her husband’s death, urging, “Stop it. That’s all I’m saying. Stop it,” in response to unverified claims.
“When I go after my family, my Turning Point USA family, my Charlie Kirk Show family, whenever I confront those I care about, I somehow end up making thousands of dollars. It feels twisted, but this is not how it should be,” Erica added during an appearance on “Outnumbered” on December 10.
Despite having shared a past friendship and cooperation, tensions have escalated between the two women in recent months.
The decision to meet privately suggests both are seeking a direct conversation to clear up misunderstandings and evade further speculation.
Since her husband’s unfortunate death in September, Kirk, who leads TPUSA, has been focused on preserving his legacy.
