ESPN Blasts Aaron Rodgers for ‘Dumb and Factually Inaccurate’ Comment About Jimmy Kimmel, Jeffrey Epstein

ESPN slammed Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers' comments earlier this week that late-night host Jimmy Kimmel said “you should really expect.” [Jeffrey Epstein’s client list] It does not come out. ”

Rodgers made the comments during an appearance on his weekly show Tuesday. pat mcafee show.

“Aaron made a stupid and factually inaccurate joke about Jimmy Kimmel. That should never have happened. We all realized that in that moment,” ESPN said. Mike Foss said.

While discussing the then-pending release of notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's client list, Mr. Rogers hinted that Mr. Kimmel's name might be included on the list.

“A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, really hope something like that never comes out,” Rodgers said. “I’m telling you, when that list comes out, I’m definitely going to open some bottles.”

Mr. Kimmel hit back at Mr. Rogers and threatened legal action.

“Dear son of a bitch, for the record I have never met, flown with, visited, or had any contact with Epstein. Also, this obviously bogus nonsense from some soft-headed weirdo. You won't find my name on any other “list”. Like you, I can't seem to tell the difference from reality. Your reckless words put my family in danger. Please continue with that and we will further argue the facts in court,” he said.

Despite harshly criticizing Rodgers' comments, ESPN stopped short of actually apologizing for his comments. Omissions that may occur for legal reasons, concessions to Rogers, or both.

Jeffrey Epstein's actual client list was made public hours after Rogers' comments went viral. Jimmy Kimmel's name was not on the list.

ESPN did not say whether Rodgers would be banned or suspended from his weekly appearances on The Pat McAfee Show. Mr. Rogers has not commented publicly since his comments.
