More than a year after leaving ESPN, Todd McShay may be finding a new home.
According to information obtained by The Post, McShay is in serious negotiations to join The Ringer as a football podcaster.
McShay and Ringer star Ryan Russillo (a former colleague of McShay's at ESPN) hinted at a future collaboration earlier this week on Russillo's podcast of the same name.
No deal has been finalized yet, according to the people.
A spokesman for The Ringer's parent company, Spotify, declined to comment Thursday, and The Washington Post could not reach McShay's representative for comment.
McShay is no stranger to college football and the NFL.
He may be best known for his work at ESPN, working with Mel Kiper Jr. as an NFL Draft guru, in addition to working as a sideline reporter during college games.
McShay also has a large social media presence, with over 700,000 followers on X.

McShay was among those let go in mass layoffs last June after 17 years with ESPN.
The shocking personnel changes also saw the firing of talent such as Jeff Van Gundy, Mark Jackson, Suzy Kolber, Max Kellerman and Steve Young.
The Ringer could be in a state of flux over the coming months, with The Washington Post reporting in August that founder Bill Simmons' future at the company was unclear with his contract expiring in early 2025.
