Concerns Over Trailer Park Near Whiteman Air Force Base
On Tuesday, Rep. Mark Alford, a Republican from Missouri, informed NewsNation that the former leader of Whiteman Air Force Base was unaware of a nearby trailer park reportedly associated with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Whiteman Air Force Base, which hosts the U.S. B-2 bombers capable of nuclear operations, is located adjacent to a trailer park believed to have connections with the CCP. In an appearance on “On Balance with Leland Wittert,” Alford shared that he had a conversation with the former base commander, who had resigned just two days prior to the covert operation known as the “Midnight Hammer” targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities in June 2025.
“I spoke with a retired base commander just before the midnight hammer attack, and he expressed no knowledge of situations like this,” Alford stated. He mentioned the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), suggesting that while they are currently focused on transactions happening now and in the future, it’s essential to investigate the past ten years of trading activities.
Alford added that officials from the Treasury were unable to properly assess assets near Whiteman Air Force Base, which is concerning given its proximity to the U.S. stealth bomber fleet.
“CFIUS falls under the Department of the Treasury, and as a member of the Financial Services General Government Appropriations Subcommittee overseeing that, I want to acknowledge their work. However, this issue traces back to the Biden administration. They didn’t even include Whiteman Air Force Base on their watch list,” Alford remarked.
Corporate records reveal a network of shell companies formed to acquire the trailer park next to the base. On August 28, 2017, Property Solutions 3603 LP obtained roughly 25 acres of an RV park located just north of Knob Noster base, just days after it was registered as a limited partnership in Missouri.
In October 2017, control of the trailer park transitioned to a company from Georgia, owned by a Canadian couple named Esther May and Chen Fu. This couple also manages Property Solutions 3603 and two additional companies listed at the same address in Michigan, according to business documentation from Missouri, Michigan, and Utah.
