Ex-TNA wrestler Rhaka Khan taken into custody at her New York City home

A former model and professional wrestler, who was part of TNA, was arrested early Saturday after reportedly ignoring an eviction notice for her apartment in Midtown.

Trenesha Biggers, known in the wrestling world as Rhaka Khan, is 43 years old and was taken into custody around 11:30 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing. A report indicated that she was taken from the apartment in handcuffs.

According to neighbors, Biggers received an eviction notice but decided to remain in the apartment without authorization until police intervened.

She was processed at the 17th precinct of the NYPD, the report stated.

Before joining TNA in 2008, Biggers participated in the WWE Diva Search back in 2005.

She faced setbacks in her wrestling career when she was released from both organizations within two years and ultimately stepped away from professional wrestling in 2011 after a short time with Lucha Libre USA.

Since leaving the wrestling spotlight, Biggers has encountered various legal troubles.

In August 2019, she found herself on El Paso’s most wanted list due to accusations of hindering custody of her child. Interestingly, her ex-partner later revealed that he had made false claims about her to child protective services.

Biggers isn’t the only former WWE talent to face legal issues. Just this past May, Michael Dorosé, who was known as Duke “Dumpstar” Dorosé in the ’90s, was charged with attempting to purchase child pornography using cryptocurrency online, an action that was flagged to the FBI.

After his wrestling career, Dorosé took up teaching elementary students with learning disabilities, eventually moving into athletics.

Last June, another ex-wrestler, Charles Scaggs, was arrested in Missouri for stabbing a man multiple times over a dispute regarding cigarettes at a gas station.
