Ex-Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade answers racy questions about Fani Willis relationship in cringeworthy interview

Fired former Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade has come forward to discuss his controversial sexual relationship with Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis, insisting in an embarrassing and provocative interview that “I did my job.”

The former special counsel was peppered with risky questions during the bizarre appearance. “The Daily Show” On Tuesday, comedian Marlon Wayans (who played the Borat-esque character Quong) poked fun at her romance with Willis.

“District Attorney Willis is an incredible mother and has extensive legal knowledge. We have spent countless hours preparing and investigating this case,” Wade told the fictional host at the start of the interview.

As Wade continued to answer questions, Quong repeatedly interjected and made provocative remarks about the couple’s romantic relationship, which began as the 77-year-old former president and co-conspirators were preparing for their historic prosecution of a massive fraud case.

“I know how that happened. It takes hours, she has to get her feet massaged. You know, she massages her feet,” the host said, adding, “And I’m like, ‘I’ll give you a massage,’ and all of a sudden, boom, we’re up on this desk. It’s amazing.”

“No, not at all. Not at all,” Wade replied.

“How could I not do it?! How could I not do it!” Quong said, to which the former special prosecutor laughed. “We spend so much time together and we do everything, so I guess that’s the only way,” the fictional host added.

After Willis argued that he was “more like a customer than a boss,” Quong countered: “So, did you treat her well?”

“I did. I did my job,” Wade replied.

As Wade said the DA’s office had questioned several other people about his side of the case, Quong struck up several sexually charged poses for the camera, asking, “What positions were they in? Did they look like this? Or like this?”

Wade was hired by Willis to lead the investigation into the Trump investigation on Nov. 1, 2021, the day before he filed for divorce from his wife.

During a series of hearings investigating whether their relationship was a conflict of interest, Wade said their affair began “Around March” It will begin in 2022 and finish in June or July 2023.

He asserted that he had no personal or intimate relationship with the district attorney in question prior to taking on the Trump case.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ultimately ruled that Willis could remain in the case as long as her ex-boyfriend recused himself.

Since then, Wade has given numerous television interviews about their relationship.

However, this latest appearance was widely criticised on social media, with many accusing Wade of not taking the row more seriously.

“This is terrible. Nathan Wade should be ashamed,” constitutional law professor Anthony Michael Kreis responded. Tweeted“And Fani Willis, whatever wrongs she may have committed, deserves to be treated much better than this, and so do the people of Fulton County.”
