Four former Twitter executives, including former CEO Parag Agrawal, are suing Elon Musk for more than $128 million in severance pay. The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.
The other plaintiff is Ned Segal, Twitter’s former chief financial officer. former chief legal officer Vijaya Gadde; Former general counsel Sean Edgitt is also included, according to the report.
After Musk changed his mind, executives who had pursued a lengthy and sometimes hostile takeover process sued the billionaire to force him to complete the deal, alleging that Musk had committed gross negligence and willful misconduct. They claim that they were fired for a reason, but they deny that. WSJ reported.

Social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
