After 10 and a half months, WellNow Urgent Care will soon begin accepting Excellus BlueCross BlueShield insurance again.
WellNow stopped accepting BlueCross BlueShield on January 1st after the two sides could not reach an agreement on reimbursement rates.

The new agreement will take effect on Friday, according to a statement released by the companies on Monday.
Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (Excellus BCBS) and WellNow Urgent Care (WellNow) have entered into a new provider agreement. As of Friday, November 15, 2024, WellNow will rejoin the Excellus BCBS provider network.
Members will have in-network access to WellNow's urgent care facilities starting Friday, November 15, 2024.
