The Department of Justice (DOJ) has not provided records of interviews between President Joe Biden and Special Counsel Robert Hur, despite requests from the House Judiciary Committee and the Oversight Committee. The Daily Caller has learned that there was no such thing.
House Oversight Committee I was demanded to The records were submitted by letter on February 12, and the Department of Justice is expected to respond by Monday, February 19 at 5 p.m. Officials with both committees told the Daily Caller that the Justice Department did not provide records or other documents for the requested report.

A spokesperson for the Judiciary Committee told the Daily Caller: “We have not yet received what we asked for and everything is on the table as to what to do next.”
A spokesperson for the oversight committees told the Daily Caller, “The Department of Justice has not provided the requested materials. The committees will soon investigate the chairman’s request.”
The Justice Department did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller’s request for comment.
On February 8, Mr. Xu released a special counsel report detailing Mr. Biden’s handling of classified documents. Although Mr. Xu decided not to press charges against the president, the special counsel noted Mr. Biden’s deteriorating mental state.

The White House criticized Huh’s report and Biden’s characterization of his memory, going so far as to call the report “completely false,” “inappropriate and unwarranted.”
As the White House cries, some are calling for the release of the interview transcripts to learn more about the special counsel’s report.
